- 1-2 whole potatoes
- Babybel Original Cheese
- Sliced bread
- Butter or margarine
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tablespoon of plain yogurt

Method:
- Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil until tender.
- Mash the potatoes with a fork or spoon, adding pepper, salt, and plain yogurt.
- Grate Babybel cheese to your liking.
- Flatten the middle of the sliced bread with a spoon.
- Fill the center of the bread with the potato and cheese mixture.
- Cover with another slice of bread and press the edges to prevent spillage.
- Heat butter or margarine in a pan and toast the bread until golden brown.
