Simple to Make Potato Cheese Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 whole potatoes
  • Babybel Original Cheese
  • Sliced bread
  • Butter or margarine
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon of plain yogurt

Method:

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes, then boil until tender.
  2. Mash the potatoes with a fork or spoon, adding pepper, salt, and plain yogurt.
  3. Grate Babybel cheese to your liking.
  4. Flatten the middle of the sliced bread with a spoon.
  5. Fill the center of the bread with the potato and cheese mixture.
