Recipes - Mixed Berries and Cheese Tarts


  • 16pcs The Laughing Cow Original Cheese Spread
  • 150g Raspberries, washed and halved 
  • 250g Blueberries, washed 
  • 150g Strawberries, washed and cubed 
  • 15pcs Ready-made tartlets 
  • 15g Icing sugar 
  • To garnish Zest from 1 lemon and powdered sugar


  1. Marinate the berries with 5g of icing sugar. Set aside. 
  2. Using a hand blender, blend the cheese with 10g icing sugar and place into a piping bag
  3. Pipe cheese into tartlets, filling about ¾ of it 
  4. Top up the tartlets with marinated berries. 
  5. Sprinkle lemon zest onto the tartlet
