- 16pcs The Laughing Cow Original Cheese Spread
- 150g Raspberries, washed and halved
- 250g Blueberries, washed
- 150g Strawberries, washed and cubed
- 15pcs Ready-made tartlets
- 15g Icing sugar
- To garnish Zest from 1 lemon and powdered sugar
- Marinate the berries with 5g of icing sugar. Set aside.
- Using a hand blender, blend the cheese with 10g icing sugar and place into a piping bag
- Pipe cheese into tartlets, filling about ¾ of it
- Top up the tartlets with marinated berries.
- Sprinkle lemon zest onto the tartlet
