Salmon Crostini with Cheese

Bite size but packed full of flavour! Try doing these salmon crostinis at home and add in some creamy good fun with The Laughing Cow Original Cheese Spread to make it even better!

Recipes - Salmon Crostini with Cheese


  • 4 of The Laughing Cow Original Cheese Spread
  • 25 baguettes thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 pinch of white pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh chives, chopped
  • 50g of smoked salmon
  • 10g of chopped shallots
  • 5g of capers
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced


  1. Pre heat oven at 180°C
  2. Blend smoked salmon, lemon juice, cheese and capers to a mousse 
  3. Add chopped shallots, season with pepper and put mousse into a piping bag 
  4. Spread butter onto sliced baguette and toast till brown and crisp 
  5. Cool toasts and pipe on mousse 
  6. Garnish with chives
