- 2 slices of bread
- 2-3 slices of The Laughing Cow Toast Slice, 200g Cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper (optional)
- Fresh parsley leaves for garnish (optional)
- Prepare a toaster or a flat non-stick pan.
- Place one slice of bread on a flat surface and spread it with the melted butter.
- Arrange the slices of The Laughing Cow Toast Slice cheese on top of the buttered bread.
- Cover with the second slice of bread.
- Preheat the toaster or a flat non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place the prepared sandwich on the hot toaster or pan.
- Toast the bread for about 2-3 minutes or until the bottom becomes golden brown and the cheese starts to melt.
- Use a spatula to carefully flip the sandwich and toast for another 2-3 minutes or until both sides of the bread are golden brown and the cheese is completely melted.
- Remove the cheese toast from the toaster or pan.
- Cut the cheese toast into two triangles or slices according to preference.
- If desired, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and black pepper to enhance the flavor.
- Garnish with fresh parsley leaves for decoration.
- Serve the cheese toast while it’s still warm. Enjoy!
