Soft and Creamy Baked Potato Recipe for the Family

Cooking time : 75 – 90 minutes


  • Potato
  • Beef bacon
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • The Laughing Cow Belcube Cheese
  • Pepper


  • 3 big potatoes
  • 2 slice beef bacon
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 6 cube of The Laughing Cow Belcube
  • ¼ tablespoon pepper

Cooking Instruction:

  1. Prepare the potatoes, then coat them with olive oil and salt.
  2. Bake the potatoes at 180℃ for 40 minutes.
  3. While waiting for the potatoes, cut the beef bacon into smaller pieces, then fry them on the stove.
  4. Once the potatoes are baked, cut off a small portion from the top of each potato.
  5. Remove the soft potato flesh and transfer it to another container. Leave the potato skins intact.
  6. Mix the potato flesh, beef bacon, milk, butter, Belcube cheese, and prepared ground pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  7. Spoon the potato mixture back into the potato skins.
