Cooking time : 75 – 90 minutes
Ingredients:
- Potato
- Beef bacon
- Milk
- Butter
- Salt
- Olive oil
- The Laughing Cow Belcube Cheese
- Pepper
Measurements:
- 3 big potatoes
- 2 slice beef bacon
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 6 cube of The Laughing Cow Belcube
- ¼ tablespoon pepper
Cooking Instruction:
- Prepare the potatoes, then coat them with olive oil and salt.
- Bake the potatoes at 180℃ for 40 minutes.
- While waiting for the potatoes, cut the beef bacon into smaller pieces, then fry them on the stove.
- Once the potatoes are baked, cut off a small portion from the top of each potato.
- Remove the soft potato flesh and transfer it to another container. Leave the potato skins intact.
- Mix the potato flesh, beef bacon, milk, butter, Belcube cheese, and prepared ground pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Spoon the potato mixture back into the potato skins.
