Soft and Delicious Fried Cheese Donuts

Frying : 10-15 minutes


  • 250 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1 Pack of The Laughing Cow Cheese Spreads (Original)
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams granulated sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting



  1. In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the egg, milk, and margarine to the flour mixture. Stir until it forms a smooth and elastic dough.
  3. Next, add 2 – 3 triangles of  The Laughing Cow Cheese Spread to the dough and knead until the cheese is evenly distributed.
  4. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm and use a donut cutter to shape the cheese donuts.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Ensure the oil is hot enough for frying.
  6. Fry the cheese donuts until they turn golden brown on both sides, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Remove the cheese donuts and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  8. Dust the donuts with powdered sugar while they are still warm.
