Ingredients:
- 250 grams all-purpose flour
- 1 Pack of The Laughing Cow Cheese Spreads (Original)
- 1 egg
- 50 grams granulated sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- Cooking oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Measurements:

Method:
- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the egg, milk, and margarine to the flour mixture. Stir until it forms a smooth and elastic dough.
- Next, add 2 – 3 triangles of The Laughing Cow Cheese Spread to the dough and knead until the cheese is evenly distributed.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm and use a donut cutter to shape the cheese donuts.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Ensure the oil is hot enough for frying.
- Fry the cheese donuts until they turn golden brown on both sides, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the cheese donuts and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Dust the donuts with powdered sugar while they are still warm.
- Your Soft and Delicious Fried Cheese Donuts are ready to be served.
