Ingredients:
- The Laughing Cow Belcube
- Egg
- Sticky rice flour
- Milk
- Melted butter
- Powdered sugar
- Baking powder
Measurements:
- 12 cubes of The Laughing Cow Belcube
- 1 egg
- 2¼ cups sticky rice flour
- ¾ cup milk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Cooking Instruction:
- First, make the mochi dough by mixing ¼ cup of sticky rice flour with 2 tablespoons of liquid milk. Stir until evenly mixed.
- After the sticky rice flour and milk are mixed evenly, steam for 2 minutes.
- While waiting for the mochi dough, make the bread dough. Mix eggs, liquid milk, butter and powdered sugar first. Stir until completely mixed.
- After that, add baking powder and sticky rice flour. Knead the dough until all ingredients are mixed evenly.
- Mix the bread mixture with the mochi mixture, then knead until the two mixtures are evenly mixed.
- After the mixture is mixed, make the dough into balls, then fill with 1 portion of Belcube.
- Do the same thing until the dough runs out or according to the portion that Belmoommy wants. Make sure the Belcube cheese is completely coated.
- Heat cooking oil and fry the mochi donut balls until fluffy.
- Once it has risen and looks golden yellow, lift the mochi donut, then serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
- Mochi donut is ready to eat!
