Cooking time : 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Babybel Cheese
- Eggs
- Sausages
- Carrots
- Green Onions
- Salt
- Pepper Powder
- Olive Oil
Measurements:
- 2 portions Babybel Cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 slices sausage
- 1 carrot
- 1 green onion
Preparation:
- Finely chop the sausages and carrots into small cubes.
- Thinly slice the green onions.
- Grate the Babybel cheese and set aside in a separate bowl.
Cooking Instruction:
- Prepare a bowl to whisk the eggs. Add all the eggs into the bowl.
- Add the chopped sausages, carrots, and green onions, then whisk the eggs until well combined.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper or to taste. Mix again until the salt and pepper are incorporated.
- Prepare a non-stick pan, preferably a square shaped one. If not available, use a round pan.
- Pour in a little olive oil, just enough to coat the pan and prevent sticking.
- Start pouring in the egg mixture and wait until it is half-cooked.
- Once half-cooked, gently start rolling the egg and leave a little unrolled portion.
- Next, pour the remaining egg mixture onto the unrolled portion and start sprinkling the grated cheese. Repeat this process until all the egg and cheese are used up.
- After the egg roll is done and removed from heat, you can slice the egg roll horizontally into flat pieces for easier eating.
- Serve! The Korean drama-style cheese egg rolls are ready to enjoy!
