Ingredients:
- 300 grams of ground beef or chicken.

- 4 burger buns.
- 1 onion, thinly sliced.
- Lettuce, tomato, and condiments of your choice (such as pickles, hot sauce, and mayonnaise).

Method:
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, ketchup, BBQ sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
- Divide the meat mixture into four portions and shape each into a burger patty.
- Heat a grill or a pan with a bit of oil. Grill the burger patties for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- During the grilling process, place a slice of The Laughing Cow cheddar cheese on each patty. Cover and let the cheese melt.
- Toast the burger buns until slightly crisp.
- Assemble the burger buns with the cheese-topped patties, sliced onions, lettuce, tomato, and condiments of your choice.
- Your homemade cheeseburger is ready to be served!
