Delicious and Easy-to-Make Fried Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of cheddar cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • Cooking oil, as needed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Measurements:

  • 1 package of Kiri Cheese, cut into your desired size. 
  • 1 egg, beaten

Method:

  1. Prepare the pieces of Kiri Cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, beat one egg.
  3. Roll the pieces of Kiri Cheese in the beaten egg until well coated.
  4. Roll the egg-coated cheese pieces in bread crumbs. Make sure the entire surface of the cheese is covered with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a pan until it’s hot enough for frying.
  6. Fry the pieces of cheese in hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy. Be sure to flip them to fry both sides evenly.
  7. Remove the fried cheese and drain the excess oil by placing them on paper towels.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. The fried cheese is ready to be served.
