Method:
- Prepare the pieces of Kiri Cheese.
- In a small bowl, beat one egg.
- Roll the pieces of Kiri Cheese in the beaten egg until well coated.
- Roll the egg-coated cheese pieces in bread crumbs. Make sure the entire surface of the cheese is covered with breadcrumbs.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan until it’s hot enough for frying.
- Fry the pieces of cheese in hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy. Be sure to flip them to fry both sides evenly.
- Remove the fried cheese and drain the excess oil by placing them on paper towels.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- The fried cheese is ready to be served.
