Smoked Salmon Bagel

Our favourite way to start the day is smoked salmon, lying on a soft, cool layer of The Laughing Cow Cheese Spread Light and cushioned on a warm toasted bagel. It tastes so delicious we can’t wait to get up. What makes it even better is that each triangle is 25 calories – happy days!

  1. Cut the bagel in half and toast lightly in a toaster or under a grill.
  2. Spread a triangle of The Laughing Cow Cheese Spread Light on each half of the toasted bagel.
  3. Top each half with a slice of smoked salmon.
  4. Garnish with chives and black pepper. Enjoy every bite and the rest of your day!
