Ingredients:
- The Laughing Cow Cheese Belcube
- Cream cheese
- Puff pastry
- Milk
- Egg
- All-purpose flour
- Salt
Measurements:
- 5 cubes of The Laughing Cow Cheese Belcube
- 2 – 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 sheet instant puff pastry
- 20 ml milk
- ½ egg
- 8 g all-purpose flour
- ¼ tablespoon salt
Cooking Instruction:
- Cut one sheet of puff pastry into circular shapes to fit the aluminum foil cups provided.
- Place the cut puff pastry into the cups, pressing it against all sides to line the inside of the cups. Then, place them in the freezer.
- To make the egg tart filling, prepare milk, cream cheese, egg, flour, and salt.
- Blend all the prepared ingredients according to the measurements until well combined.
- Take the puff pastry from the freezer, then pour the blended egg tart filling into the pastry cups, filling about ¾ of each cup.
- Add The Laughing Cow Cheese Belcube into the egg tart filling as a creamy topping.
- Bake the egg tarts in an oven at 180°C for 13 minutes. If you don’t have an oven, you can use an air fryer for 18 minutes.
- After baking, remove the egg tarts. The soft and creamy egg tarts are ready to serve! They’re perfect as a snack for little ones!
