Ingredients:
- Belcube cheese
- Strawberry tea
- Strawberries
- Salt
- Sugar
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Whipped cream
Measurements:
- 9 portions Belcube cheese
- 1 bag strawberry tea
- 8 – 10 strawberries
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
- 2 – 3 tablespoons whipped cream
Preparation:
- Freeze the strawberries until slightly hardened.
- Dissolve the sugar in boiling water, make sure not to use too much water.
Cooking Instruction:
- Brew the strawberry tea with warm water.
- Prepare a blender, then add the frozen strawberries, brewed strawberry tea, and the dissolved sugar. Blend until smooth, then set aside.
- To make the cheese cream, prepare a bowl, then add the Belcube cheese, salt, sweetened condensed milk, and whipped cream. Mix until well combined.
- Prepare glasses and pour in the blended strawberry tea.
- Pour the cheese cream over the top of the strawberry tea and the strawberry cheese tea is ready to serve!
