- 300 grams glutinous rice flour
- 100 grams sugar
- 100 milliliters milk
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg

How to make Mochi Doughnuts:
- Combine 300 grams glutinous rice flour, 100 grams sugar, 100 milliliters milk, 1 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1 tablespoons butter, and 1 egg in a large bowl. Mix until a smooth, even dough forms.
- Divide the dough and roll into balls, or shape them however you like!
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the donuts until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove the donuts and drain on a paper towel. Let them cool slightly before topping.
- Top with 2 The Laughing Cow Creamy Cheese Triangle portions and any other favorite toppings. Serve and enjoy!!
