How to make Mochi Doughnuts:

  1. Combine 300 grams glutinous rice flour, 100 grams sugar, 100 milliliters milk, 1 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1 tablespoons butter, and 1 egg in a large bowl. Mix until a smooth, even dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough and roll into balls, or shape them however you like!
