Cooking Time : 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 – 6 cubes of Belcube Cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 1½ cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
- Prepare 2 large bowls for dry and wet batter.
Cooking Instruction:
- First, make the dry mixture by combining the flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar in one bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Set aside the dry mixture, then make the wet mixture using eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract in the other bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Once both dry and wet mixtures are ready, pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Stir and make sure there are no lumps.
- Heat a non-stick pan or waffle maker if available.
- Pour the batter according to the desired size and cook until done.
- When the waffles are cooked, remove and serve with Belcube Cheese topping combined with honey and your or your family’s favorite fruits!
