Ingredients:

  • 6 cubes of The Laughing Cow Belcube cheese
  • 6 wonton wrappers
  • 6-9 cherry tomatoes
  • Chicken breast fillet
  • Tomato sauce

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Prepare the chicken breast, season with salt and a little pepper.
  2. Grill until cooked then shred the chicken meat.
  3. Prepare a baking tray and line it with wonton wrappers.
  4. Bake the wonton wrappers until crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven, add the shredded chicken and tomato sauce filling, then bake briefly.
  6. Take out and add toppings of cherry tomatoes and The Laughing Cow Belcube cheese, mini chicken tacos are ready to serve!
