Ingredients:
- Babybel cheese
- Sliced bread
- Smoked beef
- Mayonnaise
- Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
Measurements:
- 3 portions of Babybel
- 6 slices of bread
- 3 slices of smoked beef
- 2 eggs
Preparations:
- Cut each Babybel cheese into four long pieces.
- Cut the smoked beef in half.
Cooking Instruction:
- Prepare the sliced bread and flatten each slice.
- Prepare the mayonnaise, then spread one spoonful of mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
- Add the cut Babybel cheese and smoked beef. Place 2 pieces of cheese and ½ slice of smoked beef on each.
- Next, roll the bread to envelop the filling. Seal the edges of the roll by pressing with a fork.
- Beat 2 eggs, then dip the bread rolls in the beaten eggs.
- Remove the bread rolls from the eggs, then coat them with breadcrumbs.
- Fry over medium heat until golden yellow.
- Drain and the cheese risoles are ready to be served! You can also store unfried risoles in the refrigerator, and they will keep for several days.
