Ingredients for Egg Shrimp Dorayaki:
- The Laughing Cow Belcube
- 150 grams small shrimp, peeled
- 5 eggs
- 1 small cabbage (⅓ of a head), shredded
- 1 carrot (1–2), grated
- Salt

How to make Egg Shrimp Dorayaki:
- Peel and grate the carrots, then finely shred the cabbage.
- Combine the grated carrot and shredded cabbage with 5 eggs and a pinch of salt. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Heat a small non-stick pan or pancake mold over medium heat. Pour in the batter, then immediately add shrimp, peeled on top.
- Flip the pancake and cook the other side until both sides are golden brown.
- Serve the shrimp pancakes warm with The Laughing Cow Belcube on the side or on top. Enjoy!
