Egg Shrimp Dorayaki Recipe

Ingredients for Egg Shrimp Dorayaki:

  • The Laughing Cow Belcube
  • 150 grams small shrimp, peeled
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 small cabbage (⅓ of a head), shredded
  • 1 carrot (1–2), grated
  • Salt

How to make Egg Shrimp Dorayaki:

  1. Peel and grate the carrots, then finely shred the cabbage.
  2. Combine the grated carrot and shredded cabbage with 5 eggs and a pinch of salt. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Heat a small non-stick pan or pancake mold over medium heat. Pour in the batter, then immediately add shrimp, peeled on top.
  4. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until both sides are golden brown.
  5. Serve the shrimp pancakes warm with The Laughing Cow Belcube on the side or on top. Enjoy!
