Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Babybel Original cheese
  • 1 chicken breast fillet
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Rice flour (for coating)
  • Water

Seasonings:

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika powder

    Cooking Instruction:

    1. Prepare a chicken breast fillet.
    2. Season the fillet with a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika powder. Rub the seasonings into the meat. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.
    3. After marinating, place a Babybel cheese on top of the chicken fillet. Then roll the fillet around the cheese to encase it.
    4. Wrap the stuffed chicken roll tightly in plastic wrap.
    5. Next, prepare the wet batter. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder, egg, and a little water until smooth.
    6. Coat the chicken roll thoroughly in the wet batter, ensuring even coverage.
    7. Roll the battered chicken in rice flour until the entire surface is completely coated.
    8. Deep-fry the coated chicken roll until golden brown and cooked through.
