Ingredients:
- Babybel Original Cheese
- Tapioca flour
- Garlic
- Green onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Water
Measurements:
- 2 portions of Babybel Original cheese
- 120 grams of tapioca flour
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 stalk of green onion)
- 110 ml of water
Preparation:
- Finely mince 1 clove of garlic and 1 stalk of spring onion (green onion).
- Cut the Babybel cheese into small cubes.
Cooking Instruction:
- Combine 10 grams of tapioca flour, minced garlic, chopped spring onions, salt, and pepper. Add water and mix until well incorporated.
- Cook the mixture in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens into a paste.
- Remove the paste from the heat and mix it with 110 grams of tapioca flour.
- Knead the paste and tapioca flour together until a smooth dough forms.
- Take small portions of the dough and flatten them. Place a piece of Babybel cheese in the center of each portion.
- Wrap the dough around the cheese, sealing it completely, and roll into balls.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot. Fry the cheese-filled balls until golden brown and crispy.
