Ingredients:

  • Babybel Original Cheese
  • Tapioca flour
  • Garlic
  • Green onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water

Measurements:

  • 2 portions of Babybel Original cheese
  • 120 grams of tapioca flour
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 stalk of green onion)
  • 110 ml of water

Preparation:

  1. Finely mince 1 clove of garlic and 1 stalk of spring onion (green onion).
  2. Cut the Babybel cheese into small cubes.

    Cooking Instruction:

    1. Combine 10 grams of tapioca flour, minced garlic, chopped spring onions, salt, and pepper. Add water and mix until well incorporated.
    2. Cook the mixture in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens into a paste.
    3. Remove the paste from the heat and mix it with 110 grams of tapioca flour.
    4. Knead the paste and tapioca flour together until a smooth dough forms.
    5. Take small portions of the dough and flatten them. Place a piece of Babybel cheese in the center of each portion.
    6. Wrap the dough around the cheese, sealing it completely, and roll into balls.
    7. Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot. Fry the cheese-filled balls until golden brown and crispy.
