Mini Cheese Waffle Recipe, Perfect for Breakfast Menu

Ingredients:

  • 4 – 6 cubes of Belcube Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

  1. Prepare 2 large bowls for dry and wet batter.

Cooking Instruction:

  1. First, make the dry mixture by combining the flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar in one bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Set aside the dry mixture, then make the wet mixture using eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract in the other bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Once both dry and wet mixtures are ready, pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Stir and make sure there are no lumps.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan or waffle maker if available.
  5. Pour the batter according to the desired size and cook until done.
  6. When the waffles are cooked, remove and serve with Belcube Cheese topping combined with honey and your or your family’s favorite fruits!
