Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Babybel Original cheese
- 1 chicken breast fillet
- 1 egg
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Rice flour (for coating)
- Water
Seasonings:
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika powder
Cooking Instruction:
- Prepare a chicken breast fillet.
- Season the fillet with a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika powder. Rub the seasonings into the meat. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- After marinating, place a Babybel cheese on top of the chicken fillet. Then roll the fillet around the cheese to encase it.
- Wrap the stuffed chicken roll tightly in plastic wrap.
- Next, prepare the wet batter. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder, egg, and a little water until smooth.
- Coat the chicken roll thoroughly in the wet batter, ensuring even coverage.
- Roll the battered chicken in rice flour until the entire surface is completely coated.
- Deep-fry the coated chicken roll until golden brown and cooked through.
