Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of Babybel Original cheese
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 60 grams (½ cup) tapioca flour
Preparations:
- Boil the sweet potatoes until tender
- Grate all the prepared Babybel cheese
Cooking Instructions:
- Peel the boiled sweet potatoes, then mash them until smooth
- Add the grated Babybel Original cheese to the sweet potato mixture
- Add tapioca flour to the mixture, then stir everything until well combined
- Flatten the dough, then cut into smaller pieces
- Finally, fry the cut pieces until the skin becomes crispy
- Remove the fried cheesy sweet potatoes and drain the oil. The fried cheese sweet potatoes are ready to serve!
