Ingredients:
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 teaspoon of The Laughing Cow Cheese Spread in Tub
- Cress, to garnish
Method:
- Cut the egg in half length-ways and scoop the yolk into a bowl, taking care not to break the egg white.
- Add one spoon of The Laughing Cow Cheese Spread in Tub to the egg yolk and mix together to form a smooth paste.
- Spoon the mixture into the egg white shells and top with a little cress.
