Ingredients:
- 4 of The Laughing Cow Original Cheese Spread
- 25 baguettes thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon of butter
- 1 pinch of white pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon of fresh chives, chopped
- 50g of smoked salmon
- 10g of chopped shallots
- 5g of capers
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Method:
- Pre heat oven at 180°C
- Blend smoked salmon, lemon juice, cheese and capers to a mousse
- Add chopped shallots, season with pepper and put mousse into a piping bag
- Spread butter onto sliced baguette and toast till brown and crisp
- Cool toasts and pipe on mousse
- Garnish with chives
