Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Belcube Cheese
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 120 g all-purpose flour
- 115 ml milk
- 55 g granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Cooking Instruction:
- First, mash 4 cubes of Belcube Cheese and the banana together. Mix until the banana and cheese are well combined.
- Add the egg, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, salt, vanilla, milk, and flour to the banana and cheese mixture. Stir again until all ingredients are well combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil, then pour small amounts of the pancake batter to form small circles.
- Flip the pancakes when they start to brown, and remove them when both sides are cooked.
