Ingredients:

  • 2 portions of Babybel Cheese
  • 400 grams of corn
  • 100 grams of all-purpose flour
  • 100 grams of cornstarch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • A pinch of sugar and salt

Preparation:

  1. Wash the corn thoroughly.
  2. Separate the egg yolk from the white.
  3. Beat the egg yolk with the prepared water.
  4. Cut one portion of Babybel Cheese into 4 pieces.

Cooking Instruction:

  1. Prepare a bowl and add the cleaned corn.
  2. Add all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and egg, then mix until well combined.
  3. Once mixed, shape the dough into balls. Then use Belcube Cheese as the filling. Make sure the dough sticks together and doesn’t break.
  4. Fry until the texture becomes crispy.
