Cooking Time : 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 portions of Babybel Cheese
- 400 grams of corn
- 100 grams of all-purpose flour
- 100 grams of cornstarch
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons of water
- A pinch of sugar and salt
Preparation:
- Wash the corn thoroughly.
- Separate the egg yolk from the white.
- Beat the egg yolk with the prepared water.
- Cut one portion of Babybel Cheese into 4 pieces.
Cooking Instruction:
- Prepare a bowl and add the cleaned corn.
- Add all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and egg, then mix until well combined.
- Once mixed, shape the dough into balls. Then use Belcube Cheese as the filling. Make sure the dough sticks together and doesn’t break.
- Fry until the texture becomes crispy.
- Once cooked, drain the oil and the snack is ready to serve!
