- Next, make the coffee cream by mixing butter, a pinch of salt, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Add the egg to the coffee cream mixture, then whisk until smooth.
- Add dissolved coffee and flour, mix again until perfectly combined.
- Spread the coffee cream on top of the sandwich, then bake in the oven at 175℃ for 15-20 minutes.
