- Tapioca flour

Measurements:

- 500 grams of beef
- 50 grams of egg whites
- 100 grams of tapioca flour
- 150 grams of ice cubes
- 21 grams of salt
Cooking Instruction:
- Grind the beef together with ice cubes using a food processor.
- Once the meat mixture starts to become smooth, add salt, egg whites, and tapioca flour to the mixture.
- Then continue to mix the batter using the food processor.
- When the mixture is well combined, start shaping it into balls. Don’t forget to insert The Laughing Cow Belcube Cheese as the filling for the meatballs.
- Next, boil the meatballs until they float.
- The meatballs are ready to be served with broth and other complementary ingredients!
