Homemade Egg Martabak Recipe, Only with Pan

Ingredients:

  • Babybel Cheese
  • Belcube Cheese
  • Spring roll wrappers
  • 4 eggs
  • Green onions
  • Salt
  • Sausage

Preparations:

  • Grate the Babybel cheese
  • Slice the green onions
  • Cut the sausage into smaller pieces

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Mix eggs, salt, green onions, and sausage until well combined.
  2. Pour into a preheated pan with a little oil.
  3. Place a spring roll wrapper on top.
  4. Once the egg is cooked, flip it over.
  5. Add grated Babybel cheese.
  6. Remove from heat and serve on a plate.
  7. Add Belcube cheese as topping.
