Mango Sticky Rice Recipe with Cheese Topping

Ingredients:

  • 200 g white glutinous rice
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • Pandan leaves
  • Mango

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 130 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml water
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 pcs The Laughing Cow Creamy Cheese Triangles
  • Cornstarch solution

Preparations:

  • Wash and soak the glutinous rice.
  • Peel and slice the mango.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cook the glutinous rice in a rice cooker with coconut milk, sugar, salt, and pandan leaves.
  2. Make the sauce by combining coconut milk, water, sugar, cornstarch solution, and The Laughing Cow Creamy Cheese Triangles. Stir until boiling.
  3. Serve the sticky rice and mango on a plate, then pour the sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
