Ingredients:

  • 2 servings Babybel Cheese
  • 400 grams of corn
  • 100 grams all-purpose flour
  • 100 grams of cornstarch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • A pinch of sugar and salt

How to Make Cheese Ball:

  1. Prepare a bowl and add the cleaned corn.
  2. Add all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and egg, then stir until evenly mixed.

How to Make Mochi Mixture:

  2. Once the glutinous rice flour and milk are evenly mixed, steam for 2 minutes.

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • A pinch of salt

How to Make Banana Pancake:

  1. Prepare 2 large bowls for dry and wet ingredients.
  2. First, mash together 4 cubes of Belcube Cheese and a banana. Stir until the banana and cheese are evenly mixed.
  3. Add egg, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, salt, vanilla, liquid milk, and all-purpose flour to the banana and cheese mixture. Stir again until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and brush with a little oil, then pour the pancake batter little by little to form small circles.
  5. Flip the pancake when it looks brown and remove it when both sides are cooked.

Ingredients:

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 60 grams (½ cup) tapioca flour

How to Make Cheesy Sweet Potato:

  1. Boil sweet potatoes until tender.
  2. Grate all the prepared Babybel cheese.
  3. Peel the boiled sweet potatoes, then mash the sweet potatoes until smooth.
  4. Add the grated Original Babybel cheese to the sweet potato mixture.
  5. Add tapioca flour to the mixture, then stir everything until evenly mixed.
  6. Flatten the mixture, then cut into smaller pieces.
  7. Finally, fry the cut mixture until the skin becomes crispy.

Ingredients:

  • 120 gr tapioca flour
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 110 ml water
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to Make Cheesy Cimol:

  1. Chop 1 clove of garlic and 1 stalk of green onion.
  2. Cut Babybel Cheese into small cubes.
  3. Mix 10 gr tapioca flour, garlic, green onion, salt, and pepper. Then add water and stir until evenly mixed.
  4. Cook the mixture in a pot until it thickens.
  5. Remove the mixture from the pot and mix with 110 gr tapioca flour.
  6. Stir the mixture and tapioca flour until perfectly combined.
  7. Take the mixture little by little, then fill with Babybel Cheese.
  8. Roll the mixture to coat the cheese and shape into balls.
  9. Heat oil and fry cimol until cooked.

6. Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 5 cubes The Laughing Cow Belcube Cheese
  • 1 banana
  • 1 dragon fruit
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 100 ml liquid milk
  • 1 tablespoon granola
  • Ice cubes

How to Make Smoothie:

  1. Cut the dragon fruit and banana into smaller pieces.
  2. Prepare a blender, then add banana and dragon fruit.
  3. Add yogurt, ice cubes to taste, and liquid milk, then blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a serving bowl.
